- The founding agreement states the subscription price of each share and its payment period (Companies Act 2:2). A money payment goes to the company's account at a deposit bank in Finland or an equivalent account abroad (2:5); a payment in kind must be worth at least the price, and a commitment to work or services does not count (2:6). Only fully paid shares can be notified for registration (2:8). The minimum share capital of a public company is 80 000 euros (1:3).
