- Corporate tax return
- 4 months after the end of the accounting period · each year
The annual income tax return is filed within four months after the end of the fiscal year (30 April for a calendar-year taxpayer). For the 2025 tax year the GTA extended the deadline to 30 June 2026, except for companies in the petroleum and petrochemical sectors, which remained at 30 April 2026.

Taxpayers are to submit their tax returns within four months following the culmination of the tax year via the electronic system (Dhareeba).
- Corporate tax, final payment
- 4 months after the end of the accounting period · each year
Income tax is an annual self-assessed levy: the return is filed within four months of the fiscal year end and the tax is payable with it (the GTA charges 2% of the due amount per month, capped at 100%, for late payment). The 2026 extension to 30 June applies to the 2025 tax year.
